An okay chapter, still more setup. Bartolomeo looked awesome. I wonder how the hell Luffy is going to make it out of this block? I hope Rebecca wins at least one match. Maybe if Luffy wins the devil fruit, maybe he will give the fruit to Rebecca is she earns his respect. Nice to see Bellamy has moved pass his small town arrogance to a NW arrogance. Also it is to be expected Bellamy recognize Luffy's, come-on! that disguise is terrible, anyone who has meet Luffy before would or should recognize him. Although it is good to see he's somewhat gotten stronger, considering Coby could improve that much in the a year & half, Bellamy could improve just as much in two years of-cause.
If Skypea was the Sky Island Bellamy ended-up on; We all can guess He didn't fight anyone to get that pillar of Gold, although there won't be a reason to fight anyone considering those people on Skypea don't think Gold is all that valuable(my guess is he made a trade of some-kind), but come-on! this is Bellamy we are talking about here, that guy was too arrogant to talk things out with people(although, a good beating from the fighters on Skypea could've put him in his place).
